MAIN RESULTS

Researches were continued for a problem of the real estate management of the state, municipal and other large-scale proprietors, and the following results were achieved:

– there were defined actual problems for the Russian large-scale fuel corporations managing their real estate as a basis facility resource for the corporate development at whole. The systematizing was a result of the complex analysis for the corporative structural reforms and the property law development during the last decade;

– a structural scheme for the large-scale corporation real estate management was elaborated, including the object forming block with following functions: real estate object identification and complex description in terms of technical and technological, cost and legal characteristics according to demands of the state, branch and corporate standards. The results were used for the real estate of the corporation JSC “Gasprom” state registration, and also for the JSC social and communal property transfer to the state regional and municipal property right;

– a concept for a valuation of the real estate management efficiency was developed in the widen form, including a measure of the corporate targets achievement and main tasks solving.

The joint distance teaching laboratory (IPPI – Oxford Brookes University) continued its work with a new concept for the master program “Real Estate International”, certified by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
